Site Analysis
- Most of the buildings are decent heights (3 to 5, except one hotel), and they don't interfere with my building.
- Most of the open space which will be left with my building design will be used for vegetation/gardening.
- My building is horizontal.
- My building would benefit the area, because much of it is commercial or residence and it fits into the neighborhood.
Gym Layout
- Gym dimensions roughly 109' x 110'
- Lockers 2' x 2'
- Walking room in locker room about 6'
- 54 lockers in each room.
- 10 showers in each room.
- Storage 25' x 15'
Administration Layout
- All rooms proportioned about 20 x 20 to 15 x 20, depending on the function.
- Conference room is the largest.
- Walking around space in rooms, between furniture is about 2.5' to 3'
- Hallways in the visitors seating are about 8' feet.
- windows can be place in the Principals, Assistant Principals, Conference Room.

Regular and Science Classroom Layouts
General Classrooms Layout- 24 seats, with 2 and half feet of space to walk through, and 3 feet between the teachers desk.
Science Classroom Layout- 24 seats, 3 feet between rows for walking and more space between seats for more comfortable movement.
